Lieff Cabraser represented a group of current and former AT&T technical support workers who alleged that AT&T misclassified them as exempt and failed to pay them for all overtime hours worked, in violation of federal and state overtime pay laws. In June 2011, the Court approved a $12.5 million collective and class action settlement. The average net recovery per class member was over $10,500 each.
