Lieff Cabraser is investigating complaints by borrowers of student loans concerning loan servicing companies.
Borrowers have alleged that certain companies — when they took over the servicing of the repayment of the loan — cancelled promotional interest rates the borrowers were entitled to, or refused to honor borrowers’ rights to pre-pay on their loans.
