Lieff Cabraser partner Kenny S. Byrd recently spoke at the Trial Lawyers of Mass Torts (TLMT) Conference, held from February 20-22, 2025, at the Four Seasons New Orleans.
Kenny shared his expertise on two panels during the conference. On the first day, he participated in a panel discussion on sexual assault cases, and on the second day, he spoke on the complex trials panel.
The Trial Lawyers of Mass Torts (TLMT) aims to foster collaboration and education among leading Judiciary, Plaintiffs, and Defense Bar professionals. TLMT conferences are hosted nationwide and focus on addressing contemporary issues in complex litigation, including class actions and mass torts.

About Kenny Byrd
A partner in our Nashville office, Kenneth S. Byrd represents clients in mass tort cases, defective product cases and consumer fraud litigation. He is a leader in groundbreaking national litigation filed on behalf of Tennessee governments and taxpayers, among many others, against opioid manufacturers and distributors in the wake of the ongoing national opioids crisis.
