On Thursday, February 8, 2024, Lieff Cabraser partner Elizabeth Cabraser will co-lead a panel discussion hosted by the UC Berkeley Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice and the European Law Institute (ELI) Digital Law Group. The conversation is the second in a series of transatlantic dialogues on pressing issues in the area of consumer protection law.
The event will focus on collective redress (e.g. class actions, representative actions) and will take place from 5 to 6 pm CET (8 to 9 PST) via Zoom.
