Lieff Cabraser attorneys Rachel Geman and Jallé Dafa will speak at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law, Workplace and Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee 2023 Midwinter Meeting taking place March 7, 2023—March 10, 2023 in San Diego. The program will feature presentations by panelists representing management, union, employee, and government perspectives on hot topics and cutting-edge issues in the field of workplace safety law.
On day two of the program, Rachel, a leader on the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law and currently serving as the Union and Employee Co-Chair of the Section’s Workplace & Occupational Safety & Health Law Committee, will provide welcome and opening remarks along with the other committee co-chairs, and will speak on a panel entitled “The Mental Health Crisis and the Workplace.” On day four of the program, Jallé will speak on a panel covering “Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Privacy.”
