Lieff Cabraser attorneys Michelle Lamy, Nigar Shaikh, Anne Shaver, and Nicholas Diamand will be featured as distinguished speakers at the 16th Annual ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference, held on November 9–12, 2022 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C. The conference will feature robust panel discussions and dialogues with prominent speakers from private practice and government agencies covering all aspects of labor and employment law practice.
On day two of the conference, Michelle will speak on “Strategies for Using Workplace Investigations,” and Nigar will speak on “Covering and Code Switching.” On day four of the conference, Anne, a leader on the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law and currently serving as Co-Chair of the section’s Equal Employment Opportunity Committee and as Co-Chair for the Section’s 2022 Conference, will speak on “The Future of Restrictive Covenants and Employee Mobility,” and Nick will speak on, “Shareholder Derivative Actions Challenging Diversity.”
