Lieff Cabraser partner Tiseme Zegeye will be featured as a distinguished speaker at the American Association for Justice’s 2021 Winter Virtual Convention taking place February 9–12, 2021. On day one of the convention (2/9), Tiseme will speak during a CLE session entitled “Litigation Snapshots and Quick Hits,” where she will discuss “Gender Pay Equity Here and Abroad.”
The three-day virtual event will give attendees access to education and to connect with trial lawyers from around the country who are also navigating the changing landscape of their practices. Other CLE session topics include: “The New Normal: Remote Hearings and How to Make Your Best Presentation,” “Cybersecurity Panel: Best Practices to Keep Client Information Safe,” “Adjusting Your Case Theming and Storytelling in the Wake of the Pandemic and Politics,” among others.

About Tiseme Zegeye
A partner in Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office, Tiseme Zegeye specializes in employment discrimination suits and women’s health individual and class actions. Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Tiseme was a Staff Attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York, where she litigated to protect women’s reproductive rights. Previously, she was a Legal Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union Women’s Rights Project in New York, where she worked to fight gender discrimination in employment, education, and housing.
