In re Intel Pentium Processor Litigation
Lieff Cabraser served as one of two court appointed Co Lead Class Counsel, and negotiated a settlement, approved by the Court in June 1995, involving both injunctive relief and damages having an economic value of approximately $1 billion. The chip replacement program has been implemented, and is ongoing.
